If not, then stay in Palm Beach if you want to make a change.
If you have a car, you can stay on Eagle Beach and drive up to Palm Beach for nightlife. There’s not as much activity in downtown Oranjestad as there used to be, and the entire young adult population seems to hangout at the Momba Beach Bar (on Palm Beach) at night (just my observation based on my own young adults). The first day, you often can’t get into your room until 4 pm and the last day, you have to be out by 11 am plus you have to allow lots of time to get through the airport. I agree with the point that you really don’t want to change hotels during your trip considering you are there for a short time.
